General Description

Want to stay near the theatre, fine dining, wineries and shopping but to be away from traffic, bus loads of tourists, crowds and noise? Our home offers a quiet location on the Niagara Heritage Trail, minutes from the centre of town with a private entrance three steps above ground level, large en-suite bathroom and easy parking, all at a rare value in the area.

Guests enjoy immediate access to the Trail and can walk or bicycle along its level path to the centre of town and the four theatres of the Shaw Festival in 5 to 15 minutes or spend the day visiting heritage sites all the way to Niagara Falls. More than twenty wineries are within a short drive.

We have a beagle in residence named Bogart. He is a friendly,lovable dog and is not allowed in the guest quarters.

Breakfast

You have the option of having an extended continental breakfast in the privacy of your room or a full hot breakfast at our dining room table overlooking the garden. Water and juice are in your own in-room fridge. We have a Keurig pod coffee maker and tea kettle also in the room. Our breakfast tray will be set outside your room and will consist of a basket of assorted baked goods, a savoury item such as quiche, fresh fruit plate and yoghourt. Weather and temperature permitting it can also be taken on the outside verandah.Enjoy.

From the Queen Elizabeth Highway take exit 38B to Niagara on the Lake. Follow the posted road signs via York Rd and Airport to Hwy 55. Stay oh Hwy.55 until you reach East/West Line (Macdonalds on the right hand side). Turn right on East/West Line travel about 3 kms. and take the first exit on the left, Niagara Street. Go one block to Charlotte St. right at the stop sign and right on The Promenade. We are #39 on the right-hand side.
From The Niagara Parkway exit on the left at John Street and make a left hand turn on Charlotte.The Promenade is the 3rd street on the left.#39 is on the left hand side. Parking is on the pad in front of the house.
