General Description

Anne Street Bed and Breakfast is a large, comfortable Georgian-style home just one kilometer from the Cenotaph on Queen Street. If you enjoy long morning walks, we are just 3 blocks from the Niagara Common, an expansive public park that stretches right up to the pallisades of Fort George. We are 2 blocks from the Pillar and Post restaurant, and just 3 blocks from the Rest Restaurant, The Old Winery Restaurant, Tim Hortons, and the Red Rooster Restaurant. We have some family pets, but they stay outside. There are three dogs and two cats. The dogs stay in our garage. They are friendly, but off-limits to guests unless we are present. They may bark when you arrive, but that is what good dogs do. Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m. We have a living room for our guests with satellite TV, a large selection of movies on disc, and a variety of reading material. We remove our outdoor footwear when inside and provide slippers in various sizes. A delicious breakfast is served promptly at 8. That'll give you more time to enjoy our beautiful town.

We serve a full and varied breakfast of both hot and cold food. Most of it is good for you. Some of it is just good.

Queen Street shops, Shaw Festival theatres, Fort George and The Commons, Niagara Historical Museum, many world-class wineries, the Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls with its wide variety of attractions including Maid of the Mist, Casino Niagara and the Fallsview Casino, Marineland, etc.

Directions

From Highway 55 (Niagara Stone Road)- When you pass the new Firehall and Library on your right, turn right at the first street. This is Anne Street.From the Niagara Parkway - When you pass the Riverbend Inn on your left, turn left at the first street. This is John Street. Take John Street to King Street. Continue on John to Regent Street. Turn left on Regent, then turn right on Anne Street
